Cancellation Policy

Program Engagement Terms Program Title: The HR Brand Blueprint Delivery Format: 3-Day Intensive Workshop (Virtual or In-Person) Standard Package Fee: £7,500 GBP Participant Capacity: Up to 10 participants Fee Inclusions: 3 full days of facilitated sessions with a Lead Consultant & Branding Strategist Pre-program onboarding and discovery questionnaire for all participants Customized workshop materials and brand audit templates 1 post-program strategy session (60 minutes) with key HR or leadership contact Digital resource pack, including implementation workbook and follow-up checklist Access to program replays and participant materials for 30 days Additional Participants: £600 per person beyond the standard 10-person package Participant cap: 20 total attendees (unless otherwise pre-approved) Booking & Payment Terms: Booking Confirmation: Secured upon signed agreement and initial deposit Deposit: 50% of the total fee is due at the time of contract signing Final Balance: Due no later than 5 business days before program start date Payment Method: Bank transfer; invoicing details will be provided Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Cancellations made within 14 days of booking the program start date are eligible for a refund minus a 30% administrative fee Cancellations made after 14 days from booking date are non-refundable Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability Licensing & Use of Materials: Workshop materials are licensed for internal organizational use only Distribution outside the participating organization or for resale is prohibited Custom licensing or white-label agreements may be arranged separately Delivery Options: Standard delivery is virtual via secure video conferencing platform In-person delivery available upon request; additional travel and accommodation fees will apply and will be quoted separately
